Will MicroREC fit your equipment?
Almost certainly, and confirming it takes minutes, not a sales call. MicroREC was designed around one idea: your microscope and slit lamp are excellent optical instruments already. Instead of replacing them, the adapter borrows their optics and hands the image to the camera you carry in your pocket.
How the adapter couples

MicroREC does not plug into electronics and does not modify your device. It is a purely optical and mechanical connection, which is why it works across so many brands.
Matched to your device
A precision coupler clicks onto the optics of your slit lamp or surgical microscope. This is the only part that varies by model, and it is the reason we ask what equipment you use before quoting.
Aligns the image
German-made optics relay the exact view from your scope to the phone camera, centered and in focus. Your binoculars stay free: you keep looking through the scope as you always have.
Universal by design
A universal holder grips any smartphone, iPhone or Android, and positions its lens over the optical axis. Swap phones, upgrade next year, lend it to a resident: the holder does not care.

The honest details
What actually determines fit
Compatibility is decided by the geometry of your scope's optics, not by the brand name. Two slit lamps from the same manufacturer can need different couplers, and an older microscope can be a perfect match while a newer one needs an extra ring. That is why we never answer "does it fit?" with a generic yes. We answer it with your model number, checked by a specialist against our coupler catalog, before you pay anything.
If your device turns out not to be compatible, you will hear that directly too. A returned unit costs us more than an honest answer.
